Vharûm-Zeth, Keeper of the Last Offering
Long before their empire crumbled, the Jedge-Akah raised temples where kings paid tribute, conquests were blessed, and every confession could become a weapon. The priesthood recorded offerings, bloodlines, and sacred debts upon tablets of bone. Even the most powerful rulers learned to lower their eyes before the altar.
When the Sorceresses bargained with the Eternal Abyss, the priests turned that desperate covenant into scripture. Obedience became sacred law. Doubt became heresy. The young inherited its doctrine, while the powerful purchased absolution for their sins.
Now Vharûm-Zeth has awakened.
Centuries have shriveled his flesh and calcified his bones, but they have done little to diminish his authority. His sermons still reach the ears of those who rule, and his blessings carry a price few understand until the debt comes due.
His temples once promised deliverance from death.
The faithful received something far worse.
And now, across Urukesh, the sealed sanctuaries are stirring once again.
The congregation is being called home.

Vharûm-Zeth
Where Generals command warriors and Sorceresses manipulate dimensional forces, Vharûm-Zeth commands belief.
He represents the part of Jedge-Akah society that survived through more than military discipline or supernatural preservation: its institutions, rituals, laws, inherited shame, and fear of divine punishment.
His power is exercised through devotion as often as sorcery.
A General may command ten thousand soldiers, but Vharûm-Zeth can convince those soldiers that dying for the wrong cause condemns their entire bloodline.
That makes him dangerous even without lifting his staff.
